A Fine Mahogany and Satinwood Triple Tea Caddy, English, circa 1790.

A superb quality caddy with rosewood cross banding and feather edging. Opening to reveal three tea compartments with sliding covers, each veneered in corresponding fashion with foliate panels, reflecting the ribbon tied floral design to the inside of the lid.
