IMPORTANT PAIR OF FLIGHT BARR & BARR WORCESTER VASES ON PLINTHS In the Manner of Thomas Baxter circa 1804-13. A remarkable & exceptionally rare pair of Worcester vases, mounted on gilded fluted column plinths. The vases with twisted stem & vine leaf gilded handles white beaded waists and gadrooned rims. Decorated with brightly coloured painted panels of sea shells, coral & seaweed, further enriched by deep blue & gilt marbling and neoclassical ornament. Their scale, quality and refinement along with meticulous marine painting make them rare and highly desirable to collectors of English Regency porcelain.
