Description:

Flight Barr & Barr Spill Vase, circa 1820

Of flared cylindrical form with a beaded pearl collar and square base, and with superb bird beak and ring applied handles. To the front is a finely painted colourful image of an exotic bird, reserved on a deep blue ground with neoclassical gilt motifs. Fully marked under in red script.
