AN IMPORTANT PAIR OF  BARR FLIGHT & BARR WORCESTER PORCELAIN VASES. CIRCA 1810.

Each of campana vase form, with two entwined gilded smake handles, painted with brightly coloured sprays of flowers, reserved on a pale periwinkle blue ground, above a white pearl beaded waist. The base with classical gilt scrollwork, spreading circular foot and gilt marbled square bases.

Full red script makers mark to base.

This pair of vases are illustrated in Flight & Barr Worcester Porcelain 1783-1840, by Henry Sandon. Published 1978. Page 90.
